As a former smoker, I can tell that this habbit does imediate damage to ones voice. I saw Britney smoking the other they and thought that if she still wants to be a singer she should quit! But as messed up as she, I can imagine her puffing cigars.
On the other hand, Louis Armstrong had a voice that sounded like smoking Cuban Cigars each end every day for a couple of years and his songs are still "wonderfull"...

Biondo - Shine
These guys have participated in the local ( Romanian ) edition of the well known European songs' contest called Eurovision. And they snapped a well deserved second place. Their performance has to be appreciated because the melody is good and their voices as well, however, what i cannot understand is why did they participate in the Romanian contest?! Those guys are Swedish, so how come they participated here? How can they represent our country when they don't even know our language? I don't think that's fair, in fact, i don't think the whole Eurovision thing is fair, i think it involves a lot of politics... Oh well, whatever!... Since the Shine song lost the first place to a Romanian duet i'm guessing i'm not the only one with this opinion!
